Land Surveying Technology
Wherever there are roads, dams, retaining walls, bridges or residential areas to be built, there are surveyors. Their work is used to establish land maps and boundaries for ownership or governmental purposes. They also provide data for geographical information systems and computer databases that contain data on land features and boundaries.

Motoring Technical Training Institute (MTTI)
Building and Property Trades Technician
Through a combination of classroom and hands-on training, students will be training as entry level Building and Property Trades Technicians. Graduates will be capable of performing residential and commercial maintenance including: basic carpentry, light plumbing, basic electrical, painting and wallpapering, landscaping and small engine repair.

New England Tech
Building Construction and Cabinetmaking Technology
The associate in science degree program in Building Construction and Cabinetmaking Technology includes all facets of the residential, and some facets of the commercial building trade, as well as all aspects of the cabinetmaking trade. It also focuses on the role of computers in the estimating, design, and manufacturing components of the industry.

Construction Management Technology
The Bachelor of Construction Management Technology prepares students for the art and technology of constructing the built environment relative to design, technology, building science, and social responsibility. Graduates will be qualified for employment in construction management, civil and building engineering, real estate, land development, construction sales, and facilities management.

Roger Williams University
Construction Management
RWU offers a major and a minor in Construction Management. The Construction Management major provides education in technical aspects, such as graphics, equipment, materials, planning and estimating techniques; extensive computer applications exposure; and, the fundamentals of business management techniques. The Construction Management minor provides students with the skills and knowledge required to move into an entry-level professional construction industry position.

University of Rhode Island
Civil and Environmental Engineering
The curriculum provides an excellent background to pursue graduate study or to enter directly into professional practice in industry or government. Students have the flexibility to develop their own programs by selecting electives in environmental engineering/water resources, geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, transportation engineering, and construction management.

Landscape Architecture
URI’s Landscape Architecture program is a four-year curriculum leading to the Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (B.L.A.) degree. Through design, planning and technical classes, students explore the roles of nature, culture, and community in shaping the human, built and natural environment.
